The custom editing process
1. Initial brief
Tell us what the video is for, the style, the length and when you need it, so we understand the direction.
2. Upload your footage (named in playback order)
Upload your footage to Google Drive and turn on sharing. Name the files in the order they should play (1, 2, 3…) so the edit goes smoothly.

3. Quote and timeline
Based on your footage and needs, we send a quote and an estimated delivery date. Within 48 hours of receiving your material we'll tell you whether we can help.
4. Confirmation
Once both sides agree on the quote and the scope, we move to production.
5. Payment, then editing starts
When payment is received, your project goes into the schedule and work begins.
6. First draft with preview
You receive a preview version to check the content.
7. One free round of minor revisions
Minor adjustments are included once. Large changes are quoted separately based on the work involved.
8. Final delivery in a usable format
You receive a high-quality video (for example 1920×1080 MP4), ready for social media or presentations.
