Wedding videos come in two kinds: the ones played at the reception, and the ones edited afterwards as a keepsake. The first must be finished before the wedding; the second turns the day's footage into something you'll keep watching. You provide photos, clips and the words you want to say; we handle the edit, subtitles, music and export. This page explains what we do, how to commission it, and what to prepare. We work remotely with couples in Taiwan and abroad; English is welcome.

Played at the reception

Edited after the wedding

What we don't do
We are an editing studio. We don't film on the wedding day and we don't do same-day edits (SDE). Hire a videographer for filming, then send us the footage. The difference is explained in what a wedding same-day edit is.
How to commission
- Fill in the request form or message us on LINE: the wedding date, which videos you want, and where they'll mainly be played. The form is in Chinese; English by email or LINE is welcome.
- Upload your material: photos and clips in a Google Drive folder, files renamed in order 1, 2, 3, and send us the link. See how to send us your material.
- We assess and quote: within 48 hours we'll tell you whether we can help. If we can, we send a quote and you decide whether to go ahead.
- After confirmation and payment, production starts: you review a first cut; one round of minor revisions is included, with the scope in the quote.
- Delivery: exported to match the venue's ratio and format, and we recommend a test run at the venue. See playing a wedding video at the venue.
When to start
For videos played at the reception, send all material four to six weeks before the wedding. For highlight videos edited afterwards, collect the footage within two weeks. Full timeline: how long wedding video editing takes.
What to prepare
- Photos, in chronological order; prints photographed flat in daylight.
- Clips, as original files, not sent through messaging apps.
- What you want to say: a narration recording or written text.

Frequently asked questions
Can a growth video be made from photos only?
Yes. Growth videos are mostly photos, with a few clips mixed in.
Our videographer already made a highlight video. Do we still need editing?
If you want a different length, a different style, or to add guest clips, yes. We need the original footage; a finished MP4 alone allows very little.
Can we use our own song?
It depends on where the video is used. Playing at the venue and posting online are different; see can a wedding video use a pop song.
We live abroad. Can we commission remotely?
Yes. The whole process is online: material via Google Drive, communication by LINE or email.
