手機如何上傳素材到 Google Drive
步驟一：下載 Google 雲端硬碟 App
請到手機的「應用程式商店」搜尋：
Google 雲端硬碟（Google Drive）
點選【下載】或【安裝】
安裝完成後開啟 App
步驟二：登入您的 Google 帳號（Gmail）
若已登入會自動跳過
沒有帳號可以請親友幫忙註冊一個
步驟三：建立一個新資料夾
- 開啟 App 後
- 點選右下角的「＋」新增
- 選擇【資料夾】
- 輸入資料夾名稱（例如：剪輯素材_小明）
- 按【建立】
步驟四：上傳照片或影片
- 點進剛剛建立的資料夾
- 再點一次「＋」按鈕
- 選【上傳】 → 再選【相簿】或【影片】
- 選擇您要上傳的檔案
- 等待上傳完成（需連網，檔案大會比較久）
素材順序建議（非強制）
若您對影片順序有想法，建議上傳後幫素材簡單編號（如：1、2、3、4），這樣我們剪輯時能更準確呈現您的構想。
如果手機操作不方便，也可以改用：
- 簡單文字說明（例：「先出門 → 再搭車 → 最後到動物園」）
- 一小段腳本說明（例：「影片從狗狗剛來開始，最後牠被帶走」）
可以編號最好，但若不方便，我們也能幫您整理順序唷
步驟五：設定分享
- 回到資料夾名稱那一層
- 對資料夾點右邊「三個點點」⋯ 按下去
- 選【共用】或【管理存取權限】
- 設定為「知道連結的任何人」可以看（或可以編輯）
- 點選【複製連結】
- 把連結傳給我們就完成囉！
補充小提醒：
- 建議使用 Wi-Fi 傳檔，比較快也不會吃行動數據
- 檔案太大建議一次上傳幾個，不要全選太多

How to Upload Materials to Google Drive Using a Mobile Phone
Step 1: Download the Google Drive App
Go to your phone’s App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) and search for:
Google Drive
Tap Download or Install
Once installed, open the app.
Step 2: Sign in to Your Google Account (Gmail)
If you’re already signed in, this step will be skipped automatically.
If you don’t have an account, you can ask a friend or family member to help you create one.
Step 3: Create a New Folder
1. Open the app and tap the “+” button at the bottom right.
2. Select “Folder”.
3. Enter a folder name (e.g., Editing_Materials_Xiaoming).
4. Tap “Create”.
Step 4: Upload Photos or Videos
1. Open the folder you just created.
2. Tap the “+” button again.
3. Select “Upload” → then choose “Photos” or “Videos.”
4. Pick the files you want to upload.
5. Wait for the upload to finish (requires an internet connection; larger files may take longer).
Suggested Material Order (Optional)
If you have a preferred sequence for your video, we recommend numbering the files after uploading (e.g., 1, 2, 3, 4). This helps us edit the video more accurately to match your vision.
If numbering on your phone is inconvenient, you can alternatively provide:
- A simple text description (e.g., “Leaving home → Taking a ride → Arriving at the zoo”)
- A short script outline (e.g., “The video starts when the dog first arrives and ends when it’s taken away.”)
Numbering is best, but if that’s not possible, we can also help organize the order for you
Step 5: Set Up Sharing
1. Go back to the folder view (where you see the folder name).
2. Tap the three dots (⋯) next to the folder.
3. Select “Share” or “Manage Access.”
4. Change the setting to “Anyone with the link” can view (or edit).
5. Tap “Copy Link.”
6. Send us the link, and you’re all set!
Extra Tips:
- It’s recommended to use Wi-Fi when uploading files—it’s faster and won’t use up your mobile data.
- If the files are very large, try uploading a few at a time instead of selecting too many at once.
