🎬 客戶素材準備與提供流程

為了讓剪輯更順利，請您依以下步驟準備素材 👇

（這樣可以大幅降低溝通成本與來回修改的時間）

🗂 步驟一：將素材上傳至 Google Drive

請將所有影片與照片素材統一放在一個資料夾中，

並開啟「可共用連結」，再將連結提供給我們。

🔢 步驟二：依照影片順序重新命名素材檔案

請將影片與照片重新命名為阿拉伯數字，代表希望出現在影片中的順序，例如：

1.jpg

2.mov

3.jpg

4.mov

我們將依照您命名的順序進行剪輯。

⚠️ 請注意：重新命名時請勿刪除副檔名（例如 .jpg / .mp4 / .mov），以免素材無法正確開啟。

（✅ 正確範例：1.jpg　｜❌ 錯誤範例：1）

📄 步驟三：填寫影片腳本或內容說明（Word 或 Google 文件皆可）
為了讓我們更準確地剪輯與配對畫面，請您提供一份簡單的腳本或影片內容說明。

您可以：

1. 直接使用我們設計好的 客製影片腳本填寫模板（建議使用電腦操作），只需依照範例修改即可：

2. 或自行用 Word / Google 文件，依照素材命名（例如：1、2、3…）列出對應畫面要呈現的文字或想法。

📌 建議格式範例如下：
1.jpg　→ 畫面出現時加上文字：「品牌創立初衷」
2.mov　→ 使用 00:15 ～ 00:40 片段，搭配字幕：「我們致力於讓微笑更自信」
3.jpg　→ 畫面搭配文字：「各地診所齊聚一堂」
4.mov　→ 使用 01:05 ～ 01:20 片段，背景音樂持續播放，無需字幕

🎬 Client Material Preparation and Submission Process
To ensure a smoother editing process, please follow the steps below when preparing your materials 👇
(This will greatly reduce communication costs and the time spent on revisions)

🗂 Step 1: Upload Materials to Google Drive
Please place all video and photo materials into a single folder,
enable “Shareable Link”, and then provide the link to us.

🔢 Step 2: Rename Files According to Video Sequence
Please rename all videos and photos using Arabic numbers to indicate the order you want them to appear in the final video. 

For example:
1.jpg
2.mov
3.jpg
4.mov

We will edit the video based on the order of your file names.
⚠️ Important: When renaming, do not delete the file extension (e.g., .jpg / .mp4 / .mov), otherwise the files may not open correctly.
(✅ Correct: 1.jpg ｜❌ Incorrect: 1)

📄 Step 3: Fill Out the Video Script or Content Notes (Word or Google Docs)
To help us edit more accurately and match visuals properly, please provide a simple script or content description for your video.

You can:

• create your own Word / Google Doc, listing each material number (e.g., 1, 2, 3…) along with the corresponding text or idea you want displayed in the video.
  
  

📌 Suggested format example:
1.jpg → Add text overlay: “The Beginning of Our Brand”

2.mov → Use clip from 00:15 to 00:40 with subtitle: “We are dedicated to making smiles more confident.”

3.jpg → Add text overlay: “Clinics from all regions united together.”

4.mov → Use clip from 01:05 to 01:20, background music continues, no subtitles needed.
